Mr. Sobania said he had just talked to you about the <br />easement to be retained by Roseville. He said the Transit <br />Authori ty has decided the retention of easement rights along <br />Snelling Avenue can be limited to a 20 foot strip, instead of the <br />26 foot strip previously discussed. We are pleased Roseville and <br />the Rail Authority have agreed to limit the width of the retained <br />easement to the original proposal. <br /> <br />I assume we will now be able to conclude the reconveyance of <br />the right-of-way to Har-Mar. I believe the survey showing the 26 <br />foot retained easement should be revised to show the location of <br />the 20 foot easement. Please let me know what additional steps <br />need to be taken by us in order to conclude the reconveyance. <br /> <br />Thanks again for your assistance and cooperation.
