Hamline. <br /> <br />Scott Toupal has requested a shoreline building permit to allow the <br />construction of a 42x115 foot tennis court in the front yard of his <br />existing dwelling' at 3082 N. Hamline. The proposed tennis court <br />would meet all zoning ordinance and shoreline ordinance setback <br />requirements. <br /> <br />The proposal has been reviewed by Howard Dahlgren and he finds the <br />proposal to be acceptable. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny Scott Toupal's <br />request for a shorel ine building permit <br />at 3082 N. Hamline Avenue. <br />
