The blanket minor variance can only be used where a <br />driveway is closer than 5 feet to a side property line. Your <br />request is to have a driveway which is wider than the 26 foot <br />maximum driveway width in a residential zoning district. We will <br />need to process this as a normal minor variance. To proceed with <br />this process, we will need written approval from affected <br />neighbors. In reviewing this , it would appear that the only <br />affected neighbor would be at 2095 William street.
