County Ròad C, with <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />That if evidence of any contamination <br />it be totally cleaned up to the <br />Engineering Department prior to <br />Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> <br />2. That. plans be modified to provide for trash handling in a <br />manner consistent with the City I s standards, including a <br />roof on the structure. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />is found on the site, <br />satisfaction of the <br />the issuance of a <br /> <br />3. That final plans be reviewed to ensure that all rooftop <br />utilities are screened in accordance with City standards. <br /> <br />4. That final construction drawings be submitted to make <br />certain none of the proposed landscaping will interfere with <br />sewer and water lines. <br /> <br />5. That erosion control plans be prepared, reviewed, and <br />approved by the Engineering Department prior to commencement <br />of any grading activities on the site. <br /> <br />6. That approval of the proposed sign be deferred until the <br />City sign ordinance is reviewed and modified to allow the <br />proposed sign as submitted. <br /> <br />7. That the applicants secure an easement for storm sewer in <br />the southeast corner of Lot 2. A copy of this easement <br />shall be provided to the City Engineering Department prior <br />to commencement of site development. <br /> <br />8.
