The planting details have been amended as per YQur comments. <br /> <br />c. The size of the Black Hills Spruce has been increased from 5' to 8', <br /> <br />3. Engineering Considerations: <br /> <br />Item 1. Systems Control will take care of assessment changes. <br /> <br />Item 2. A concrete sidewalk is shown to be added at the north end of the <br />Systems Control site but not at the adjoining outlot, The client <br />feels that this should be the responsibility of the party that develops <br />the outlot. <br /> <br />Item 3, Sunde Engineering has indicated a new catch basin in the driveway. <br /> <br />Item 4. Systems Control is working to obtain an easement with Minnesota <br />Transfer. <br /> <br />Item 5. The connection to the existing 72" storm sewer and the extension <br />of a storm sewer stub to the edge of the outlot are two issues <br />which I don't think have been fully resolved at this time. <br /> <br />Item 6. Silt fence details are shown on the grading and drainage plan. <br /> <br />Item 7, A note has been placed on the architectural site plan regarding <br />removal of the fuel tank and any contaminated soils. <br /> <br />Item 8, Sunde Engineering has indicated on their drawing that the existing <br />4" water service be turned off at the main. The new 6" service will <br />meet Ramsey County standards, <br /> <br />4, The trash enclosure will be constructed of face brick to match the building <br />facade, <br /> <br />Thank you for help in this matter.
