City of Roseville
December 28, 1990
Page 2

The developer will work with Minnesota Transfer Railroad to obtain the necessary
easement for the pipe which connects into Roseville's 72-inch storm sewer pipe near the
southeast comer of the proposed emission control site.

6.) As requested by City Staff, an additional 4.5 feet of right-of-way is to be dedicated along
County Road PC" so that there will be a 49.5 foot right-of-way from the centerline of
County Road PC" which is the north line of Section 8. There currently exists a 6 foot
high cyclone fence on the subject property. The applicant requests that a provision be
made so that this fence will not have to be moved from its current location until such time
as improvements in County Road tIC" are made. Any relocation of the fence due to this
additional right-of-way dedication should not be at the expense of the property owner.

The owner also requests that should the additional right-of-way dedication for County
Road PC" cause the existing building to be closer than the required setback and that a
variance be granted by City of Roseville to accommodate the existing building.

Respectfully submitted for:

Meam Properties, Inc.
E.F.J.
