EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON JUNE 24, 1976 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Hall, in said City on the 24th day of June 1991. The following members were present: and the following members were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether, or not a certain drainage and utility easement in the City of Roseville should be vacated, and: WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said drainage and utility easement. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the drainage and utility easement as follows: That part of utility and drainage easement lying within Outlot B. Ferriswood which lies within the following described lines: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Outlot B; thence N o degrees 28 minutes 13 seconds W (assumed bearing) along the West line of said outlot B a distance of 651.87 feet; thence N 65 degrees 52 minutes 52 seconds E 103.36 feet; thence S 59 degrees 00 minutes E 30.0 feet to the point of beginning of the lines to be herein described; thence continuing S 59 degrees 00 minutes E 25.0 feet; thence N S1 degrees 00 minutes E 70.0 feet; thence S 84 degrees 42 minutes 14 seconds E 61.47 feet; thence N 39 degrees 00 minutes W 5.0 feet; thence N 88 degrees 02 minutes 05 seconds W 58.09 feet; thence S 67 degrees 31 minutes 06 seconds W 82.07 feet to the point of the beginning.
