<br />1r, <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the city <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, March 13, 1991 at 7:30 p.m., for the <br />purpose of considering the fOllowing request: <br /> <br />Margolis Brothers request for a special use permit to allow <br />outside storage and display of merchandise at 1171 W. Larpenteur <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />March 25, 1991 at City Hall at 7:30 p.m., to consider this <br />request. <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br /> <br />The Westerly 251. 73 feet of the Easterly 800.46 feet of the <br />Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of section 15, Township 29 <br />North, Range 23 West, except the Northerly 767 feet, and except <br />the Southerly 369.89 feet thereof, the Westerly boundary line of <br />said tract being the center line of Dunlap Street; subject to <br />highway easement over the North 33 fee thereof; <br /> <br />Also the East 800.46 feet of the South 369.89 feet of the <br />Southeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of section 15, Township 29 <br />North, Range 23 West, said tract extending from the center line <br />of Lexington Avenue to the center line of Dunlap Street, all <br />according to the Government Survey thereof; subject to the rights <br />of the public in that part thereof taken for Lexington Avenue and <br />Larpenteur Avenue, and subject to a perpetual easement for <br />parking lot area over and upon the South 168 feet of that part of <br />the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 lying immediately North of <br />the North line of Larpenteur Avenue as now located and <br />established recorded in Book 1576 Deeds, page 9, subject to <br />easement for access as set forth in Document No. 597787, files of <br />Registrar of Titles. <br /> <br />Steve sarkozy <br />City Manager <br /> <br />"" <br />
