The City Council approved a preliminary plat on March 25, 1991 <br />and set April 22, 1991 for the public hearing on the final <br />plat. <br /> <br />2. The Council continued the hearing until May 13, 1991 because <br />the plat had not been submitted in time for sufficient staff <br />review. <br /> <br />3. Staff has reviewed the final plat and find it to be <br />acceptable. <br /> <br />Policy Objectives: <br /> <br />1. To ensure that properties are platted in accordance with the <br />city subdivision and zoning regulations. <br /> <br />2. To provide additional single family residential opportunities <br />in the City. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council approve Roy <br />Strubel/Don William's request for a final plat at 475 and 485 <br />McCarrons Boulevard North. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1.
