The applicant has not submitted a final plat for City review <br />and approval. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City council continue Roy <br />Strubel/Don William's request for a final plat at 475 and 485 <br />McCarrons Boulevard North until May 13, 1991. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1.
