Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday,April 7, 2014 <br /> Page 3 <br /> Laliberte moved, Etten seconded, proclaiming May 2014 as Roseville Community <br /> Band Month in the City of Roseville, recognizing their fiftieth year, sponsored by <br /> the City of Roseville as a function of the Parks and Recreation Department since <br /> 1964. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee; Willmus; Etten; Laliberte; and Roe <br /> Nays: None. <br /> c. Arbor Day <br /> Mayor Roe read a proclamation declaring April 25, 2014 Roseville Arbor Day. <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded, proclaiming April 25, 2014 as Roseville Arbor <br /> Day, recognizing the importance of trees and promoting their proper care and <br /> planting of many additional appropriate tree species to replace the thousands lost <br /> over the years. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee; Willmus; Etten; Laliberte; and Roe <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 6. Meeting Minutes <br /> a.
