NOTICE OF COMPLETION <br /> OF <br /> PATHWAY VACATION PROCEEDING <br /> City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Roseville has vacated the Pathway Easement <br /> located on, over and across the following described real estate in the City of Roseville, County of <br /> Ramsey, State of Minnesota, to-wit: <br /> The South 14 feet of the following: <br /> The East 1/2 of the West 10 acres of the South 1/2 of the West 3/4 of the Southwest <br /> 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, Section 14, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, <br /> Minnesota. <br /> The easement was created by a Pathway Easement, dated September 6, 1978, which was <br /> recorded in the Office of the Ramsey County Recorder as Document No. 2016022. The pathway <br /> vacation applies only to the pathway easement described herein created by Document No. <br /> 2016022 and not: (a) to the rights of existing utilities, if any, or (b) any other easements running <br /> to or benefitting the City of Roseville. <br /> The easement vacation was completed on April 21, 2014, pursuant to action taken by the <br /> Roseville City Council at its regular meeting. <br /> The real estate affected by the road easement vacation is located in the City of Roseville, <br /> County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, and is legally described as follows, to-wit: <br /> The East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, Section <br /> 14, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> 1 <br />
