EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF tOSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 26th day of June, 2001, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Klausing, Maschka, Kysylyczyn and the following were absent: None Council Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #9901 A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR ROSELA WN CEMETERY'S REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CREMATORY ON THE PREMISES AT 803 LARPENTEUR AVENUE (PF3315) WHEREAS, a completed application by Roselawn Cemetery for consideration of a Conditional Use Permit was accepted by the City on May 7, 2001, with a 60-day review deadline of July 9, 2001; and, WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the request by Roselawn Cemetery June 13,2001, at which hearing the Commission determined additional information was necessary to properly consider the request; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission continued the hearing to the regularly scheduled meeting of July 11,2001; and, WHEREAS, a city initiated plan review extension is necessary for the Planning Commission to complete their consideration and forward the Council a recommendation; and, WHEREAS, city staff has requested a 60-day extension to the 60-day review period, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow the provision of the Planning Commission's request for additional information. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Roselawn Cemetery for consideration of a conditional use permit be extended for 60 days, from June 9, 2201 to September 9, 2001. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Mastel, Klaus, Maschka, Kysylyczyn; and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
