That a revised landscape plan be submitted for staff <br />approval. <br /> <br />2. That pavement, curb, and gutter be installed from the fence <br />line out to County Road C-2. <br /> <br />3. That the materials stored on the site be maintained free of <br />odor. <br /> <br />4. That the material on the site be piled no more than 8 feet <br />in height. <br /> <br />5. That the Interim Use Permit have a two year time limit. <br /> <br />6.
