<br />To: Rick Jopke <br />From: Douglas strong <br />Re: Planning File #2224 <br />Date: March 19, 1991 <br /> <br />This file deals with a Special Use Permit on County Road C-2 East of <br />Cleveland Avenue. The engineering staff has reviewed this proposal and <br />has the following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. The plans show a 6 foot fence on the right-of-way line. Code has <br />a maximum height of 48" for any fence on the right-of-way. A <br />variance is needed if the fence is to remain. <br /> <br />2. The proposal does not improve the area with any curb or bituminous <br />surface for the lot. <br /> <br />3. No drainage plans or grading plans are shown. <br /> <br />4. Any curb and gutter that has to be removed from County Road C-2 <br />must be done as per city standards. <br />
