National School Bus Service, Inc. initially requested the <br />necessary special use permit and variances to operate a <br />storage and maintenance facility for school buses and para- <br />transit vehicles at 1905 W. County Road C. <br /> <br />2. The Planning commission recommended approval with a number of <br />conditions. <br /> <br />3. The City Council on June 24, 1991 continued the public <br />hearing on this matter until July 22, 1991 and requested <br />further discussion at a work session. <br /> <br />4. The applicant has subsequently withdrawn their application. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City council accept the withdrawal <br />of 'National School Bus Service Ine.'s application for a <br />special use permit and variances to the zoning ordinance at <br />1905 W. county Road C. <br /> <br />Council Action Reauested: <br /> <br />1.
