<br />Use Permit and variances to the zoning ordinance at

<br />ordinance amendments to allow automobile rental
<br />agencies in additional business zoning districts by
<br />special Use Permit be continued to the regular City
<br />council meeting of August 26, 1991. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that Father Robert
<br />Nygaard/Corpus Christi request for preliminary plat
<br />and variance to cul-de-sac length at 2131 N. Fairview
<br />Avenue be approved with the following condition:

<br />1. That Lot 6, Block 2 be revised so it and all other
<br />lots in the plat meet the minimum size require-
<br />ments.
