Complete Legal Description of Property Involved: <br /> <br />All that part of the South Seven Hundred feet (s.700~) of <br />the West Four Hundred-fifty feet (W.450~) of the South- <br />east Quarter (SE1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of <br />Section 4, Township 29, Range 23 which lies North of the <br />South line of County Road "C" except a strip of land <br />fourteen feet (14~) in width lying parallel to and <br />adjacent to the North line of the right of way of County <br />"C" and across the following parcel: All that part of <br />the South Twelve Hundred feet (S.1,200~) of the West Four <br />Hundred feet (W.400') of the Southeast Quarter (SW1/4) of <br />Section 4, Township 29, Range 23, except the North Five <br />Hundred feet (N.500') thereof and except that part <br />thereof lying Southerly of County Road "C" and North of <br />the Northern Pacific Railway right of way, Ramsey County. <br /> <br />12.
