The engineering staff has <br />reviewed this proposal and has the following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. The existing fence is over 4 feet in height and is built on the <br />right-of-way. A variance is needed to have the fence meet code. <br /> <br />2. The parking area is gravel without concrete curbs around it. <br />Bituminous paving of the parking lot is required by code. <br /> <br />3. No drainage or storm sewer plans are shown. <br /> <br />4. The proposed plans show parking along the East right-of-way of <br />Prior Avenue and the North right-of-way line of County Road C <br />with no set back. <br /> <br />5. No green areas are shown in the parking lot. <br /> <br />6. Driveway opening located on County Road C at the East side of the <br />lot is not used and should be removed. <br />
