<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that Concordia
<br />Academy/Rottlund Company, Inc. request for Comprehen-
<br />sive Plan change of a portion of the site at 2400 N.
<br />Dale street from School to Medium Residential be
<br />approved subject to submittal and approval by the
<br />Metropolitan Council. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas,
<br />Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that the Concordia
<br />Academy/Rottlund Company, Inc. request for rezoning
<br />from R-1 to PUD at 2400 N. Dale street be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that the Concordia
<br />Academy/Rottlund Company, Inc. general concept PUD
<br />plan at 2400 N. Dale Street be approved subject to
<br />approval of the Comprehensive Plan amendment by the
<br />Metropolitan Council. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas,
<br />Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that the Concordia
<br />Academy/Rottlund Company, Inc. preliminary plat at
<br />2400 N. Dale Street be approved subject to park land
<br />dedication requirements being satisfied and subject to
<br />approval of the Comprehensive Plan amendment by the
<br />Metropolitan Council. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas,
<br />Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that National School
<br />Bus Service, Inc. request for a Special Use Permit and
<br />variances to the zoning ordinance at 1905 W. County
<br />C be discussed at the July 15, 1991 City Council work
<br />session, and that the public hearing be continued to
<br />the regular City Council meeting of July 22, 1991.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Robert Pounds/
<br />Welsh Company, Inc. request for a Special Use Permit
<br />to allow additional directional signage at the Cross-
<br />roads Shopping Center, 1655 W. County Road B-2, be
<br />approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That additional warning signs be constructed adja-
<br />cent to the southeast corner of the Kohl's store.
<br />
<br />2. That additional fire lane signs be added at the
<br />rear of the building as required by the Fire
<br />Marshal.
<br />
<br />3. That the signs match the color arrangement as pre-
<br />sented to the Council.
