My research indicates that a letter <br />was sent from King of Kings, by Mr. Glenn Offerman, to Mr. Todd <br />M. Stutze, Land Developer Manager, for The Rottlund Companies, <br />Inc., dated September 19, 1991. The church outlined its under- <br />standing of the agreement and no objection has been made or <br />sent. Based on the foregoing, the enclosed executed Roadway <br />Easement is tendered to you, on behalf of your client, based on <br />the terms outlined in the church's letter of September 19, 1991. <br /> <br />If there is a problem or some misunderstanding, please <br />retender the original executed easement back to the church, and <br />copy me, within 15 days of this letter. <br /> <br />Very truly yours, <br /> <br />MICHAEL A.
