We have determined that the proposed amendment has no potential <br />impact upon any of the metropolitan system plans. Therefore, the city may place the amendment <br />into effect immediately. <br /> <br />Because the proposed amendment appears unlikely to affect policies and plans in other chapters <br />of the Metropolitan Development Guide, the Council will waive further review and comment on <br />the amendment. <br /> <br />The amendment, explanatory materials supplied and the information submission form will be <br />appended to the city's plan in the Council's files. <br /> <br />This concludes the Council's review. <br /> <br />sir;;;~f ~ <br /> <br />Mary E.
