<br />WHEREAS, said Grantor is the Owner of that tract of land in

<br />Minnesota (hereinafter referred to as "Burdened parcellT);

<br />WHEREAS, Grantee is the owner of tha~ t~a~t of land in ~he

<br />ëaSQment over the Burdened Parcel for the L~nefit or the
<br />Benefited Parcel for driveway purposes.

<br />In CONDIDERA'I'ION of the recitals above and other good and
<br />valuable consideration received by Grantor, the receipt of which
<br />is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

<br />1. Grant of Easement. Grantor for i~lf, its successörs
<br />and assigns of the Burdened Parcel, hereby/grants to Grantee, its
<br />successors and assigns, and all Subsequent owners of the
<br />Benefitted Parcel, fer the benefit of said Bênefitted Parcel, a
<br />perpetual, non-exclusive easement for driveway purposes over and
<br />across that portion of the Burdened Parcel legally described as
<br />follows:
