<br />~ <br />ROITLUND <br />HOMES <br /> <br />A DIVISION OF <br />THE ROTILUND COMPANY, INC. <br /> <br />May 11, 1992 <br /> <br />Mr. Rick Jopke <br />Mr. Karl Keel <br />City of Roseville <br />2660 civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />Re: Concordia Meadows P.U.D. <br />Development status <br />certificates of Occupancy <br /> <br />Gentlemen: <br /> <br />The intent of this letter is to summarize our site meeting held <br />on May 7, 1992 regarding certificates of Occupancy for Building <br />NO.2, units 9 thru 16. Presently, The Rottlund Company, Inc. <br />requires issuance of certificates of Occupancy for Building No. 2 <br />commencing May 15, 1992. <br /> <br />As agreed certificates of Occupancy will be issued for Building <br />No. 2 provided The Rottlund Company, Inc. submits a plan for <br />seperating resident traffic from construction traffic. To <br />seperate traffic barracades will be erected as indicated by the <br />attached plan which indicate Absolutely No Construction Traffic. <br />At each location two(2) eight foot barracades will be erected. <br />In addition, Lovell Avenue will be signed No Parking from Dale <br />street to a point east of the easterly driveway to Villa Building <br />NO.4, Units 25 thru 32, and Atrium units 14 thru 17. <br /> <br />It is our present plan to have all public and private streets <br />paved by May 22, 1992. This date should coordinate well with the <br />majority of occupancy of Building No.2. <br /> <br />I am prepared to review this situation again prior to occupancy <br />of Building No.3.
