River Road #301 <br />Fridley, MN 55421 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. stutz: <br /> <br />This letter is to confirm our recent phone conversation <br />concerning the occupancy planned for atrium buildings 1 and 2, <br />and villa buildings 1 and 2. The City's position is as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City will issue a temporary occupancy permit for one <br />unit in atrium building 1 if that unit passes a final <br />building inspection and if proper roadway access is <br />maintained to that unit. The road to the unit should be <br />properly compacted to final qrade. <br /> <br />2. For occupancy of the rest of atrium unit 1 and atrium 2, it <br />is necessary to have the access road on the west side of <br />atrium 1 and atrium 2 and the total loop road to the east of <br />atrium units 1 and 2 properly graded and compacted to final <br />grade. Lovell Avenue should also be properly graded and <br />compacted to final grade at least to the easterly leg of the <br />loop road. The structures will also need to pass a final <br />building inspection. <br /> <br />3. Villa 1 can be occupied when the loop road to the south and <br />east of Villa 1 is properly graded and compacted to final <br />grade at least to a point beyond the last access drive to <br />that structure. the structure will also have to pass a <br />final building inspection. <br /> <br />4. No occupancy of other units will be allowed until all roads <br />are complete (curb, gutter, and asphalt) and a plan is <br />submitted and approved by City staff for separating resident <br />traffic and parking from construction traffic and parking. <br /> <br />We would also like to remind you of the fire code requirement <br />that there will be no fire vehicle service to any of these <br />buildings until a proper all weather driving service is provided <br />to those buildings. As I indicated, the Fire Marshal's <br />definition of all weather driving surface would be a proper <br />gravel base graded and compacted to final grade. <br /> <br />2660 CIVIC CENTER DRIVE .
