<br />· . <br />l. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />AND SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />between the City of Roseville <br />Concordia AcademyjRottlund Humes ("the <br />~ ~fJ~· <br /> <br />Request for Planned-Unit DeveloDment ADDroval. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT, dated <br />("the CITY") and <br />DEVELOPER") . <br /> <br />The DEVELOPER has asked the CITY to approve a Planned unit <br />Development and subdivision (Concordia Meadows) with an expanded, <br />school and a total of 112 units including 24 atrium homes and 88 <br />villa units, on the 26 acre parcel in the southeast quadrant of <br />county Road B-2 and Dale Street. The subject property is legally <br />described as follows: . <br /> <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter of section 12 , Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, except the North 33 feet and: <br /> <br />The East 107 feet of the West 620 feet of the South half of the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of section 12, <br />Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey county, 'Minnesota, except state <br />Trunk Highway 36-118 and: <br /> <br />The South half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />of section 12, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey county, Minnesota, <br />except the West 620 feet thereof, except State Trunk Highway 36- <br />118. <br /> <br />2. Planned unit DeveloDment ADDroval. <br /> <br />The CITY hereby grants approval of the Final Development Plan and <br />the final plat subject to the DEVELOPER's complian6e:: with the <br />terms and condi öi.ons of this agreement. The CITY agrees to <br />approve applications for building permits, provided that said <br />plans are consistent with the exhibits which were approved at the <br />Concept and final level of the Planned unit Development process, <br />and all of the conditions of this agreement have been satisfied. <br /> <br />3 . ADDroval bv the CITY, <br /> <br />The CITY .hereby approves the Development as shown on the <br />fOllowing exhibits. The DEVELOPER shall develop the Subject <br />Property in accordance with the general plans shown on the <br />exhibits. If, however, the exhibits vary from the written terms <br />of this Agreement, the written terms shall control. The exhibits <br />include: <br /> <br />A. site plan. <br />B. Grading, Drainage, and Erosion Control Plan. <br />C. Landscape Plan. <br />D. Landscape Plan (Foundation, Sign & Details). <br />
