The undersigned. being of full age and for the purpose of forming a non-profit corporation under the Minnesota Non-Profit Corporation Act. Minnesota Statutes. Chapter 317A. does hereby adopt the following Articles of Incorporation: ARTICLE I. ~ The name of the corporation is Concordia Meadows Atrium Townhome Association. hereinafter called the "Association." ARTICLE II. REGISTERED OFFICE The registered office of the Association is located at 5201 East River Road. Suite 301. Fridley. Minnesota 55421. Anoka County. ARTICLE III. NO PECUNIARY GAIN This Association shall not afford a pecuniary gain or profit. incidentally or otherwise. to its members. ARTICLE IV. PURPOSE AND POWERS OF THE ASSOCIATION The specific purposes for which it is formed are to provide for maintenance. preservation and architectural control of the residence Lots within that certain tract of property in Ramsey County.
