MEMORANDUM

TO: RICK JOPKE
FROM: J. D. ZELINSKY, CHIEF OF POLICE~
SUBJECT: FUDDRUCKERS RESTAURANT TEEN DANCE PROPOSAL

DATE: APRIL 1, 1991

Thank you for sharing the proposal submi tted by Fuddruckers;
reference your letter dated 26 March 1991.

Unfortunately, I have had little time to study the information.
I noted you wanted a response by April 1 (today). with such little
notice and/or communication, I offer the following:

1.) I certainly agree with their philosophy on
security. I would appreciate knowing the
name of the Agency of same providing the
security; info. on their agents; their
assignments, etc.

2.) It appears security personnel will be on
the premises or in the parking lot from
8:30 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. I would like
this confirmed.

3.) I further understand a certified police
officer will be on the premises from
8:30 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. What is his
assignment? Will he be a Roseville Officer?

There have been indications that Fuddruckers would be meeting with
me on these issues - Shardlow's business meeting reports. They
have not occurred. This is the first correspondence received on
the subject.

Therefore, this is the best response I can give to you at this
time.

cc: Craig Waldron
