Discus of Roseville, Inc. operates the Fuddrucker's <br />Restaurant at 2740 Snelling Avenue North. <br /> <br />2. Restaurants are permitted uses in B1-B zoning districts. <br /> <br />3 . Restaurants with entertainment and dancing are required to <br />get special use permits in Bl-B zoning districts. <br /> <br />4. Discus of Roseville, Inc. is proposing to operate a teen <br />night facility on Friday and Saturday evenings. A special <br />use permit is required because they are having entertainment <br />and dancing. <br /> <br />5. The Roseville Planning commission recommended approval of <br />Discus of Roseville, Inc.'s request for special use permit to <br />operate a teen dance night at Fuddrucker's Restaurant at 2740 <br />Snelling Avenue with the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. That the security plan be implemented as approved by the <br />Chief of Police. The security plan should be <br />reevaluated at appropriate intervals and changes made as <br />deemed necessary by the Chief of Police. <br /> <br />b. That adequate parking and safe traffic flow be <br />maintained on the site as determined by the zoning <br />administrator, based on documented parking and traffic <br />problems associated with the teen dance program. <br /> <br />Alternatives: <br /> <br />1. To deny the special use permit based on findings that the <br />proposed use would be detrimental to the public welfare. <br /> <br />2. To approve the application. <br />
