6.0 RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the comments and findings outlined in Sections 4— 5 of this report, Planning <br />Division staff recommends approval of the proposed Mnvox susDivisloN, with the <br />condition that drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated as illustrated on the site <br />plan reviewed with this application. <br />7.0 POSSIBLE COUNCIL ACTIONS <br />7.1 Pass a motion approving the proposed M�NOx susn�s�oN of the residential <br />property at 2250 Acorn Road, as recommended, based on the comments and findings <br />of Sections 4— 5 and the recommendation and conditions of Section 6 of this report. <br />72 Pass a motion to table the item for future action. Tabling beyond June 2, 2014 may <br />require extension of the 60-day action deadline. <br />73 Pass a motion, to deny the requested approvals.
