A building parcel with an 80' frontage containing
an existing single family dwelling with a double
garage.

2. A single family dwelling with detached double garage
being used as homesteaded property.

3. There is no change in the proposed usage of this
property.

4. There is no request for a zoning change.

5. Not applicable.

6. Off-street parking would not change.

7. The existing driveway serving the garage does not meet
the required five foot set-back from the property line. The
driveway is 3.5 feet from the property line. This driveway
lines up with the double garage. At the time the house was
contructed about 36 years ago, the garage location with
intended drive was reviewed and approved by the Roseville
inspectors. I have lived in this house since it was
constructed. My age is 89 years and I am now living on
social security. I cannot afford to reconstruct the
driveway to meet an additional 1.5 feet of set-back.
Further, should the drive be relocated, it will not line up
with the garage. If the drive is restructured to angle to
the garage access, the is no question that the party who
plows my snow will plow in a staight line and each year it
will become neccessary to relandscape a portion of the
sod on the west side of the drive.

8. There will be no change in drainage.

9. Not applicable.

10. No change in current method of trash removal.

11. Not applicable.
