Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Willmus; Etten; McGehee; Laliberte; and Roe. City Manager Pat Trudgeon and <br /> City Attorney Charles Bartholdi were also present. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> McGehee requested removal of Consent Items 7.c, d, e and g, respectively entitled, "Ap- <br /> prove General Purchases and Sale of Surplus Items in Excess of $5,000;" "Approve <br /> Amendments to the 2013 Budget;" "Approve Metropolitan Council Environmental Ser- <br /> vices Clean Water Fund grant Agreement No. SG2014-002 for the Sewer Lateral Grant <br /> Program;" and "Request by University of Northwestern for Approval of Field Lighting <br /> for Renovated Outdoor Athletic Facilities as a Conditional Use at 3003 Snelling Ave- <br /> nue." <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; Etten; McGehee; Laliberte; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports, Announcements and Housing and Redevelop- <br /> ment Authority(HRA) Report <br /> Mayor Roe announced an upcoming Naturalization Ceremony at the Roseville Skating <br /> Center on April 16, 2014 at 3:30 p.m., and hosted by the State of MN, City of Roseville <br /> and its Human Rights Commission. Additional information is available by calling <br /> 651/792-7023. <br /> Mayor Roe announced an upcoming used book sale sponsored by the Friends of the <br /> Ramsey County Library, scheduled from April 23 - 27, 2014 at the Ramsey County Ro- <br /> seville Branch at 2180 Hamline Avenue. Materials for sale will be available from all <br /> seven branches in the system; and proceeds will benefit the Ramsey County library sys- <br /> tem.
