<br />WHEREAS, it is the City's policy to renovate and prese",e compatible small businesses near <br />existing neighborhoods, and further, it has been determined that 1b.ere are no direct fiscal implications <br />for the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the RosevHle City Council that variances <br />requested by Perry Noland from applicable parking and paving s~tback requirements for his Roseville <br />Auto Repair Shop, 2150 Hamline Avenue, as stated in the project report Section 3.6, dated June 26, <br />2001, in order to renovate the parking and landscaping on the sit¢, based on the findings in Section 3, <br />dated June 26, 200 1, and with the condition that a complete and detailed paving, landscape, sidewalk <br />and fence plan must be submitted, by the applicant, prior to granting approval and prior to building <br />permit application. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Mastel, <br />Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
