This <br />issue is scheduled for Planning Commission consideration on Wed- <br />nesday, April 8. <br /> <br />A general summary of the project includes the following: <br /> <br />Site of 4.63 acres, currently zoned R-l (Single Family <br />Residential) . <br /> <br />Proposed project involves rezoning to PUD (for Medium <br />Density Residential), with a 30 unit town house pro- <br />ject proposed. <br /> <br />A more detailed description of the project is available in the <br />Planning Report dated April 8.
