King of Kings Lutheran Church originally requested a <br />variance. staff has worked with the applicant and an <br />alternative plan has been developed which does not require <br />variances. Therefore, the applicant has withdrawn their <br />variance request. <br /> <br />2. The Roseville Planning Commission unanimously accepted the <br />withdrawal of King of Kings Lutheran Church request for <br />variance at 2330 N. Dale street. <br /> <br />staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council accept withdrawal of <br />King of Kings Lutheran Church request for a variance at 2330 <br />N.
