The City has a policy to issue blanket minor variances for <br />driveway sideyard setbacks. <br /> <br />2. In accordance with City policy, the following minor variance <br />is presented for council approval. <br /> <br />a. George Lindgren request for a 2-1/2 foot variance at <br />1728 Oakcrest Avenue. <br /> <br />Policy Obiectives: <br /> <br />1. To bring existing non-conforming driveways in conformance <br />with the ordinance by either granting a variance or requiring <br />that they be installed with proper 5 foot setbacks. <br /> <br />staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council approve the blanket <br />minor variance as requested. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve the blanket minor variance as requested. <br />
