CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1466 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> SECTION 407.02.M OF TITLE 4 <br /> HEALTH AND SANITATION <br /> OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Purpose: The <br /> Roseville City Code is hereby <br /> amended to identify that the long- <br /> term storage of trailers, boats on <br /> trailers, and/or large recreational <br /> vehicles, on public streets, as a <br /> public nuisance and prohibited under <br /> the City Code. <br /> SECTION 2. Section 407.02.M <br /> Unlawful Parking and Storage, Is <br /> hereby amended as follows: <br /> 5. No trailer (of any size), boat <br /> supported on a trailer,or recreational <br /> vehicle (with dual rear tires or dual <br /> rear axle)may be parked on a public <br /> street or right-of-way within the City <br /> for:1)more than 4 consecutive days, <br /> or,2)more than 4 total days in any <br /> calendar month. <br /> a.Parking in one location for over 2 <br /> hours On a 24 hour period)qualifies <br /> as a 'day' for purposes of this <br /> section. <br /> b. Posting for a public hearing, <br /> before City Council, shall be a <br /> minimum of 10 days for violations of <br /> item#5. <br /> SECTION 5. Effective Date. This <br /> ordinance amendment to the <br /> Roseville City Code shall take effect <br /> upon passage and publication. <br /> Passed this 21st day of April,2014. <br /> (Roseville Review:Apr.29,2014) <br />
