~

-~~

From:

Rick Jopke
Douglas strong~
Planning File #2251

To:

Re:

Date:

May 20, 1991

This file deals with a P.U.D. at 2774 N victoria street. The engineering
staff has reviewed this proposal and has the following recommendations:

1. An additional 10 feet of right-of-way is needed for Victoria st.

2. Part of the existing home at 2774 victoria street lies within
the existing right-of-way of victoria street to date. The
additional 10 feet of right-of-way will add 10 more feet of
house within the right-of-way.

3. The east lot has $991.25 of deferred sanitary sewer assessments
outstanding on it. If the lot is built on this must be paid.

4. The city code states that all parking lots must be paved with
concrete curb around the parking lot. Grass Lake feels this
parking area should stay gravel for better water quality.

5. The existing drawings do not show any set backs or proposed
grading plans.

6. The south lot has two existing building on it at this time.
The one to the north is being used as a duplex.
