If the parties want <br />relief from the City they should apply for a planned unit <br />development, or whatever and ask for the relief they want. If <br />the City grants the relief, and I guess it already has, that <br />should be found in the City Council minutes. Planned unit <br />developments are approved by the City Council and a record of <br />their action is recorded in the minutes.
