SLATER III and MARGARET SLATER, husband and wife, ("Grantors"), <br />in favor of ("Grantee") <br /> <br />REOT ALS <br /> <br />A. Grantors are the owners of certain real property located in Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, legally described as <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 2, Ralph G. Miller Addition <br /> <br />(the "Grantor Parcel"). <br /> <br />B. Grantees own certain real property located in Ramsey County, <br />immediately northerly of and adjacent to the Grantor Parcel, legally described <br /> <br />The North ninety (90) feet of the South three hundred <br />ninety (390) feet of Government Lot three (3), Section two <br />(2), Township twenty-nine (29), Range twenty-three (23), <br />lying east of the center line of Victoria Street. <br /> <br />(the "Grantee Parcel"). <br /> <br />C. Grantee wishes to obtain access over a portion of the Grantor Parcel for <br />the purpose of maintaining an open and unimproved space between the Grantee <br />Parcel and the Grantor Parcel. <br /> <br />EASEMENT GRANT <br /> <br />In consideration of Two Thousand and no/l00 Dollars ($2,000.00) and other <br />good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1.
