<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, that the findings of the Alternative Urban Areawide Review and its Mitigation <br />Plan for the Twin Lakes Master Plan are hereby accepted; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that staff will submit responses to the comment <br />letters received to the Environmental Quality Board (EQB) along with the Mitigation <br />Plan for additional public comment prior to finalizing the AUAR. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Goedeke and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Mastel, <br />Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Q:\Planning Files\3232 _ TwinLakesRenewedPlan\AUAR and EA W\Resolution06260 l.doc <br />
