1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />Attachment A <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 12th of May, 2014, at <br />6:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following were absent: . <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTION FOR HIMCO REALTY <br />REDEVELOPMENT <br />14 WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code, certain public improvements were constructed to <br />15 develop Frank's Nursery Redevelopment; the construction of turn lane improvements; <br />16 and; <br />17 WHEREAS, the Developer, Kimco Realty, is requesting the City of Roseville accept <br />18 ownership and maintenance responsibility of these public improvements; and; <br />19 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />20 ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the wark completed as a part of the former Frank's <br />21 Nursery Redevelopment is hereby accepted and approved; the City Engineer is hereby <br />22 directed to issue a proper order for the fmal acceptance, and; <br />23 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />24 and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo£ and <br />25 the following voted against the same: <br />26 WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
