The depth requested is the minimurofor reasonable room usage. The <br />lot is a corner lot and has set backs from two streets, many homes in the <br />neighborhood have porches. The addition will be architecturally attractive <br />and we have approval from the neighbôrs affected (see attached), and there <br />is no other location on the home which would work. <br /> <br />There was some question as to the rear lot line which we have had prof~s~ionally <br />surveyed.
