The City Ordinances require that before a building permit can <br />be issued property which abuts on lakes that a shoreline <br />permit is approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />2. Stanley Diesch is requesting a shoreline permit to allow him <br />to construct a two story addition and deck onto the rear of <br />the house. <br /> <br />3. The proposed addition will meet all lakeshore setback <br />requirements. The addition will be setback one hundred and <br />fifty feet from the lakeshore and the deck one hundred fifty <br />two feet. ci ty shorel ine ordinance requires a 75 foot <br />setback. <br /> <br />Alternatives: <br /> <br />1. Approve the shoreline permit as it meets all standards of the <br />shoreline ordinance. <br /> <br />policv Obiectives: <br /> <br />1. To ensure that lakeshore is protected by requiring that all <br />standards of the shoreline ordinance are met. <br /> <br />staff Recommendations: <br /> <br />1.
