<br /> <br />March 15, 1991 <br /> <br />Mr. & Mrs. Wilmer Nordine <br />1862 Hamline Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: street Reconstruction/Driveway Setback, Project No. P-89-16 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. & Mrs. Nordine: <br /> <br />As part of the upcoming street project on Hamline Avenue, the <br />city Engineering Department has examined all driveways for <br />setback and code compliance. <br /> <br />The City of Roseville requires that all driveways be brought into <br />compliance with city code during a permanent street upgrading. <br />Driveways must be a minimum of five feet from your neighboring <br />property lines and extend a minimum of 20 feet onto private <br />property. Currently, the edge of your driveway is less than five <br />feet form your neighbors property line. In order to comply with <br />city code, this must be re-built to a point five feet from your <br />neighbors property line, or you may apply to vary from the city <br />code by a "minor variance. II I have enclosed an application for a <br />minor variance if you would prefer this option.
