<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Amy <br />and Gregg a two foot variance from Section 1012.02b2 of the Roseville City Code allowing the <br />construction of a six foot tall fence in the front yard, based on the findings in Section 3 and <br />conditions listed in Section 4 of the project report dated 7/23/0 I for property located a 222 North <br />McCarrons Boulevard. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Klausing and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Mastel, Mashka, <br />Kysylyczyn, Klausing, and Goedeke. <br /> <br />and the following voted against: none <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
