Drackert
2241 Dellwood street
Roseville, MN 55113

RE: STREET CONSTRUCTION/DRIVEWAY SETBACK, CITY PROJECT P-91-02-56

Dear Mr. Drackert:

As part of the upcoming street project on Dellwood Street, the
city Engineering Department has examined all driveways for
setback and code compliance.

The City of Roseville requires that all driveways be brought into
compliance with city code during a permanent street upgrading.
Driveways must be a minimum of five feet from neighboring
property lines and extend a minimum of 20 feet onto private
property. currently, the north edge of your driveway is less
than five feet from your north property line. In order to comply
with city code, this must be re-built to a point five feet from
your north property line, or you may apply to vary from city code
by a "minor variance."

I have enclosed an application for a minor variance if you would
prefer this option. Please contact me at 490-2223 if you have
any questions regarding this application.

Sincerely,

~4b-

Tony Thury
Project Coordinator

TT:cy

Enclosure

2660 CIVIC CENTER DRIVE · ROSEVILLE .
