<br /> <br />FsrATE <br /> <br />2750 No. Victoria Street <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />(612) 482-1611 <br /> <br />Proposed Sidewalk Addition <br /> <br />Rosewood Estate is proposing to add an additional sidewalk <br />that would run parallel with the back of the building. This <br />sidewalk will serve two purposes. <br /> <br />1. Do to the layout of the building on the site the <br />center exit on the lower level empties onto a patio <br />which has no paved access to the common parking lot. <br />The fire marshall recommends that this sidewalk be <br />added to accommodate better egress from the <br />building. <br /> <br />2. Secondly, the sidewalk will enable the current <br />residents to better view and enjoy the wildlife and <br />beauty around Lake OWasso. The sidewalk will be a <br />place were our residents can walk for exercise <br />because there is not a public sidewalk on Victoria <br />in front of the property. <br /> <br />In completing this sidewalk to the parking lot it is <br />necessary for us extend the north east corner of our parking <br />lot retaining wall by a minimal distance. This will also add <br />a new parking spaces to our site. <br /> <br />I feel this addition will better serve the safety and well <br />being of our residents. The addition should not have any <br />impact on the view from adjacent properties or affect the <br />view from the lake. <br /> <br />We appreciate your review of our plan and anticipate that you <br />find that it serves as an appropritate improvement to the <br />site. <br />
