<br />5. The City council continued consideration of this matter until <br />July 13, 1992 to allow proper public notice concerning the <br />variance. <br /> <br />6. It is recommended that the City Council approve Al tra Auto <br />Rental's request for a special use permit for auto rental and <br />leasing and variance at 2353 Rice street with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />a. The number of Altra cars on site is limited to ten on <br />weekends and five on Monday through Friday at the <br />locations shown on the site plan submitted. <br /> <br />b. Al tra cars will not be parked on Woodbridge street or <br />other adjacent public streets. <br /> <br />c. Transport trailers and any other maintenance equipment <br />will not be stored in the parking lot, yard, or on the <br />adjacent public streets. <br /> <br />d. The special use permit is in effect only as long as <br />surplus parking is present based on actual usage of <br />building. <br /> <br />council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1.
