Written Description of proiect and Proposed Plan for Park Dedication <br />301 -303 South Owasso Blvd Roseville MN 55113 <br />3/25/14 <br />To whom it may concern: <br />The developer /builders plan is to demolish or move all structures on the properties 301 -303 <br />South Owasso Blvd, Roseville. The builder is planning on subdividing those addresses into six <br />single family buildable lots. He will be demolishing /moving the existing structures after <br />approval from the city. <br />The price range of the builds (including house and lot) should range from the low $400's to over <br />$600,000. For the most part, they will be two story homes with either the garage alongside or <br />behind the main house. Ramblers will also be able to be built on these sites. <br />The developer /builder would prefer to pay a park dedication fee because of subdividing lot size <br />requirements by the city.
